Cement Mason & Plasterer Apprenticeship Applications
Our training is the foundation upon which our skilled craftsman and women build their reputations. We design our programs to educate our members for maximum productivity, quality, and safety while minimizing down time.
A Cement Mason or Plasterer apprentice can expect an array of classes and on-the-job training to help develop marketable job skills while receiving hourly wages and benefits. Complete guidance can be expected during the development of skill, integrity, and subsequently pride of work.
A Cement Mason or Plasterer apprentice can expect to work on a variety of construction projects. Some of the more notable construction projects worked on by Local 886 members include Veterans Glass City Skyway, 5/3 Field, Huntington Center, healthcare facilities, schools, government facilities, and hundreds more. Given the diversity of projects, boredom is not likely.
Requirements
To apply for consideration for the Cement Masons and Plasterers Local 886 JATC apprenticeship programs, please adhere to the following:
• Applicants for the program must be at least 18 years of age
• Have a High School diploma or GED
• Have a valid drivers license or valid state ID
• Submit the completed application along with cash or money order in the amount of $10.00 in order for the application to be processed.
