Essential Functions: * Implementing manufacturing standard work and best practices to improve operational metrics.* Translate drawing requirements into detailed work instructions for the assembly, integration, and testing of complex end-products.* Work with existing and legacy equipment.* Control and improve existing processes.* Perform failure analysis and risk mitigation.* Complete technical writing and training related tasks.* Coordinate with maintenance group for equipment upkeep and training.* Ability to obtain a US security clearance.Qualifications:*Bachelor"s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
