TECHNICAL INTEGRATION COORDINATOR (GENERAL ENGINEER)

  • You will serve as the lead coordinator/operational advisor for technical program onsite efforts, performing initial technical reviews of all test and integration requests to understand how proposed activities would interface with existing systems.
  • You will act as the primary facilitator for scheduling and de-conflicting all major facility events, system upgrades (e.g., SPALTS, INCs), and test activities, coordinating the allocation of facility resources, personnel, and assets.
  • You will act as the primary liaison for high-level coordination, interfacing directly with Headquarters (HQ), Program Management Offices (PMOs), and other external stakeholders on scheduling and integration matters
  • You will translate complex technical and scheduling issues into clear, concise updates for leadership at all levels.
  • You will monitor the program's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), providing critical observation and feedback on the feasibility and operational impact of the planned timeline.
  • You will review programmatic documentation from the specific aspect of operational supportability and technical feasibility, providing feedback to ensure plans are realistic and executable within the facility's constraints.

Requirements

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a complex operational environment and performing initial technical assessments of engineering proposals to identify system impacts; analyzing complex schedules (such as an Integrated Master Schedule); and serving as a key liaison between technical execution teams and program management.
