PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as a VH-92 PROGRAM ANALYST in the Fleet Support Team (FST) of FLTREADCEN EAST.


  • You will provide program management expertise and evaluate requirements to plan and monitor projects under high level direction.
  • You will collaborate with team/program personnel and other management officials for the development of project, program guidance and requirements for development, test and evaluation.
  • You will prepare management information reports which provide officials with timely and valid information at a practice level of summarization.
  • You will make evaluative analyses of all aspects of the projects/ programs including objectives, policies, work operations, progress, resources utilization, intra and inter-program balances and related matters.
  • You will recommend adjustments, such as redistribution or realignment of funds, in response to changes in programs and/or funds available.

Requirements

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Fleet Support Team (FST) expertise, developing and implementing policies, controls and operating procedures, effectively managing operational requirements, and developing acquisition and sustainment strategies.
