ENGINEER
You will serve as an in the role of Technical Program Manager for Interior Communications, within the SURFACE SHIP INTEGRATION DIVISION (01C60) in the FLEET C4I DEPARTMENT (01C00) in the DEPUTY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR of at NIWC ATLANTIC..
- You will develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies to achieve mission objectives.
- You will lead integrated project teams to plan, execute, and sustain complex engineering programs.
- You will coordinate with technical experts and stakeholders to establish priorities, resolve issues, and ensure successful delivery.
- You will resolve complex technical and programmatic issues by negotiating with senior leaders and external organizations.
- You will apply project management and systems engineering principles to support continuous product improvement and mission alignment.
- You will oversee research, development, test and evaluation, engineering integration, and sustainment activities.
Requirements
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or ND-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading complex engineering or technology projects by managing cross-functional teams through planning, execution, and sustainment within cost, schedule, and performance constraints. This includes developing program management plans, coordinating with senior stakeholders, resolving complex programmatic issues, and applying project management and systems engineering methodologies to deliver mission-critical shipboard interior communications capabilities.
